This past week First Lady Michelle Obama made a guest appearance on Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show, participating in a skit about her Let's Move! campaign to promote exercise and healthy eating. She also asked viewers to tweet about their healthy lifestyles using #letsmove, promising that if the responses were high enough Barack Obama and Joe Biden would give the nation a special treat.

Well, Michelle Obama made good on her promise. On Friday the Let's Move! campaign released an adorable video of the President and Vice President going for a job around the West Wing, followed by some stretches and a big old glass of water. You can watch the video below.

Personally I have to give Joe Biden some serious credit for this. While Barack Obama is in excellent shape, the 71-year old Vice President certainly holds his own on that  jog. While this executive duo certainly has some athleticism, their acting skills are cheesy, to say the best. The home movie quality of this publicity stunt though is truly adorable.
